Here is a natural technique for ending panic attacks and other symptoms of severe anxiety. Although some people choose to deal with an anxiety problem through medication, because of the many side effects, overdosing and addiction issues, natural techniques are definitely preferred. “Panic Away” uses a technique called the One Move Technique, which does not rely on common but outdated methods like deep breathing, positive affirmation, or distraction. One of the best things about “Panic Away” is that it can be used wherever you happen to be at the time, in an instant.

“Panic Away” was developed by a man who was a long-term sufferer of panic attacks, until he devised this effective system which has now brought quick relief to many thousands of other sufferers of anxiety problems. To check whether the “Panic Away” system will be the best one for you, click on the image above and watch the informative video.

Most people suffer from anxiety at some points in their lives. Even the most confident of people may get jittery onstage or when public speaking, and most of us get a little nervous when we meet new people for the first time. But for those with severe anxiety or nervous disorders, anxiety can be crushing. It can harm your life in every aspect: spiritual, emotional, and mental. Even physical!

People with severe anxiety may develop stomach problems or ulcers, headaches, and have panic attacks. A panic attack may feel like you can’t get enough air, having an irrational fear that you are going to die, or even having heart palpitations. Anxiety may make people avoid all sorts of situations where they know their anxiety may be triggered. Parties, public places, crowded places, or loud places are the most common types of locations to avoid for the severely anxious. If you suffer from severe anxiety, it can be embarrassing and difficult to seek help. But it’s absolutely necessary to seek the help of a professional!

A trained psychiatrist can talk to you and develop a strategy and a plan for overcoming your anxiety. The steps they come up with will be perfectly tailored to you. The plan to overcome anxiety will probably go something like this.

First, you must identify the factors that trigger the anxiety. What situations or people do you fear or avoid the most? Second, you must identify the negative thoughts you are having when you encounter that situation. Third, you need to step outside yourself and think rationally about whether those fears or negative thoughts are justified. For instance, let’s say that you avoid parties.

Your anxiety stems from the fact that you feel like when you walk in, everyone is staring at you and thinks you look stupid. Examine that emotion and decide if it is really rational. Does everyone really stop and look at you? Does anyone have a reason to judge you so harshly? Just realizing that your thoughts aren’t fully rational is the first step. Next, you need to confront your fear in small doses. Don’t start with a large party. Just practice walking up to a group of two or three people and joining the conversation.

You may not always succeed, but keep trying. Once you feel comfortable doing that, you can try larger groups of people. You may always feel a little nervous about the situation, but you can make it bearable.

Panic attacks are severe, debilitating episodes that are often mistaken for other kinds of problems, both by the person having the attack and by observers. If you are the parent or spouse of a panic sufferer, you may have no idea what is going on when your loved one starts to have an attack. A person heading for a full-blown panic attack will possibly have trouble articulating what the problem is, making it very difficult for family members or bystanders to help.

Knowing the signs of an oncoming panic attack can make it easier to know what is going on and also what to do about it. Some people have frequent, severe panic attacks, but don’t know that they are. This may cause them to avoid public places or social interactions, or to self-medicate with drugs and alcohol.

When it comes to panic attacks, the more knowledge you have, the better you’ll be able to handle the problem. Being A very common sign of an impending panic attack is a rapid heartbeat or palpitations, sometimes accompanied by chest pains or just general discomfort in the chest area. There may also be shortness of breath along with feelings of dizziness or a sensation of light-headedness. The person may start to feel weak and disoriented.

This leads to the second very common sign of an impending panic attack, which is fear. A pounding heart combined with dizziness and shortness of breathe would cause concern for anyone, especially when it comes on suddenly with no apparent immediate cause. The panic sufferer fears they may be having a heart attack or are about to pass out or die because of the intensity of their symptoms. This fear causes the symptoms to intensify even more. The heart and breathing rates get even faster. The dizzy feeling may increase, leading possibly to nausea, sweats, or chills. It becomes a loop in which the symptoms cause more fear which in turn causes more symptoms.

Medical professionals recommend several steps to take when a panic attack seems imminent. Control of breathing has a calming effect and helps to avoid hyperventilating. Various methods are recommended for refocusing attention to reduce fear and keep symptoms from escalating. Being able to recognize panic attacks in their early stages may mean the difference between a person being able to control their disorder or being controlled by it.

Contrary to wide belief, severe anxiety is actually a catch all phrase for a number of related mental conditions. Most professionals and therapists will diagnose these conditions within the umbrella of severe anxiety. Severe anxiety can be caused by a number of factors which may or may not be organic. Non organic conditions can arise from a traumatic episode or occurrence. The anxiety does not need to manifest itself immediately following the episode or occurrence.

Indeed, it may be a situation that arose as a youth not causing outward symptoms until adulthood. Such situations could be from the loss of a loved one or an abuse situation. Adults can also suffer severe anxiety from similar situations. Like young people, the symptoms may not manifest themselves immediately after the occurrence. In all such situations each person may react differently and suffer severe anxiety immediately after, months or even years after the triggering episode.

Such severe anxiety if it arises from these circumstances can be of a long or short duration. Organic conditions may arise from related medical ailments such as asthma. Some people have behavior problems which are designated as anxiety disorders. A common problem is an obsessive compulsive disorder where the person repeats the same behaviors over and over to reduce stress or anxiety. This could be cleaning, opening and closing doors a set number of times, counting items and similar patterns.

Some people suffer short-term server anxiety which is commonly known as a panic attack. It usually arises from a particular fear or dread of a place or activity. It is often evidenced by symptoms of dizziness and loss of breath. With the current terror levels around the world, soldiers may return with what has now been termed post traumatic stress disorder of PTSD. This is actually in the nature of the non-organic severe anxiety conditions caused by the traumatic episode or experience of being in a war zone or war related area.

Once a person is diagnosed with a severe anxiety condition, the doctor or therapist may also be on alert for signs of depression. The reason is that people who suffer from severe anxiety disorders may also suffer from depression either as a result of the anxiety or as a partial cause. Treatment of these disorders includes drugs, therapy and behavior modification skill training.
